On October 16, 2013, Quincy Carr ended a very successful 3rd season of the ‘Quality Comedy Series’ at the VB Funny Bone in front of another packed audience.
The show featured the annual “NEW JACK” Quality Comic Showcase; where 3 up and coming locals performed clean / TV worthy performances for the first time in their careers to the delight of a very open-minded audience. Although, scheduled headliner (Spanky Brown) couldn’t make it due to scheduling conflicts; he sent a close buddy of his to fill in… the show didn’t even skip a beat.
This year also brought the most sponsors in the Series’ three year history. These sponsors also donated awesome raffle prizes for give-a-ways during each show. Last night was no different, in fact, a major highlight was when one of them (VB Beauty & Barber Academy) gave a happy raffle winner $500 Off tuition to enroll!
